‘The Breakfast One’ Ham, Egg, Mushroom

What you'll need:

2x dough balls, 4 tablespoons of tomato base, fresh mozzarella, parmigiano reggiano, 2 slices of ham, two eggs and two mushrooms.

How to:

This unusual combination gives us delicious egg Mcmuffin vibes, the egg and the cheese is just a match made in heaven. To begin, start by stretching your dough into its desired shape. Then, cook for a few minutes before adding the tomato base and parmigiano reggiano. Next, you place the chopped mushroom and pieces of ham evenly across the pizza, and top with fresh mozzarella. Final step is to crack an egg on top of the pizza and place the whole thing under the grill until your egg is perfectly cooked and your pizza crust is browned. Enjoy!

'The Broccoli and Stilton Supreme'

What you'll need:

2x dough balls, 4 tablespoons of tomato base, fresh mozzarella, parmigiano reggiano, chunk of stilton and a handful of broccoli florets.

How to:

If you are a blue cheese lover, this one is for you. This beautiful combination of crunchy broccoli and intense stilton is a pair which goes hand in hand on a pizza… You should start by placing your broccoli florets in the oven for about 10 minutes on high with a little olive oil. Next you should stretch your dough into the perfect circular shape, slightly thinner in the middle than the outside, this is how you create a delicious crust. Next you transfer to a hot frying pan, and cook for a few minutes before adding the tomato base and Parmigiano Reggiano. After this, you should top with mozzarella, stilton and the pre-cooked broccoli florets. Place under the grill until the crust looks golden and crispy. Enjoy!

 

'The Al fungi One' Mushroom and Blue Cheese

What you'll need:

2x dough balls, 4 tablespoons of tomato base, fresh mozzarella, parmigiano reggiano, 2 to 3 mushrooms and a Chunk of gorgonzola

Once stretched to satisfaction, place the dough into the hot frying pan and cook for a few minutes before you ensemble. First, the tomato base, then the parmigiano reggiano, next the mushrooms and blue cheese and finally the mozzarella. Place under the grill until the cheese is bubbling beautifully and the crust looks crispy. Enjoy!

'The Fiery One' Pepperoni and Nduja Sausage

What you'll need:

2x dough balls, 4 tablespoons of tomato base, fresh mozzarella, parmigiano reggiano, infused chilli oil, 1 frech red chilli milano pepperoni and Nduja sausage

How to:

This pizza is perfect for those who get a KICK out of spicy food! A meat and spice lover’s dream. To make this pizza you roll out the pizza dough into whatever shape suits you, we usually create a classic circular shape as this is easiest to fit the frying pan!Add to a hot frying pan for a few minutes until the dough starts to change colour. Next, you add the tomato base and chilli oil if you are using. Following that you then add your toppings, starting with the nduja and salami, then the mozzarella and lastly the fresh chilli. Finish by placing under the grill until golden and melted. Enjoy!

 

'The Vegetariana' Courgette, Red Onion and Pepper

What you'll need:

2x dough balls, 4 tablespoons of tomato base, fresh mozzarella, parmigiano reggiano, ½ courgette, 1 yellow pepper, 1 red onion and a handful of fresh basil

How to:

If you love your veggies this one is for you! To make this dreamy vegetable topped pizza you start by cooking your peppers and onions, these will need a little sauté in a pan with some oil and balsamic vinegar if you have it. You then bake your courgette slices for about 10-12 minutes on a medium heat. Once your veggies are ready, stretch the dough to your desired shape and then carefully place int a hot frying pan. Next you add the tomato base and Parmigiano Reggiano. Then add your veggies evenly across the pizza and finally top with basil and mozzarella. Finish by placing the pizza under the grill until the dough is golden and crisp.Enjoy!
